Here is a trick if ball rebounds for 2/3 or for any other fraction (p/q) like 3/4, 1/2 or 5/2 
then use this (p+q)*height.
so we get, according to this question,
(2+3)*96= 480 Feet.

96(1+r)/(1-r)=96(5/3)/(1/3)=480
